2.2. Lion Trader is not responsible for any losses incurred by the client due to the use of our software. The user agrees that every investment involves risks and that such risks are borne by the customer.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1. Lion Trader is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.

3.2. Under no circumstances will Lion Trader be liable for any losses or financial damages suffered by the client.

4. Changes to Terms and Service

4.1. Lion Trader reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and to interrupt or modify the service at any time, with prior notice to the client.

5.1. Lion Trader collects and uses customers' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The customer agrees and understands the use of their personal data according to the terms of the aforementioned policy.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the Italian State. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Italian State, at the Court of Taranto.
